The MultiProx HSM replaces the Schlage MSM, which contains four inputs for dry contacts. These inputs are typically used for door sensors, request to exit (REX), or other alarm inputs. The HSM detects and transmits the status of the dry contacts to the controller. The controller has four Form C relays for each channel that mimic the respective dry contacts.
